 Harry Grote/Road and Bridge
     * Discussed rock prices and projects.

Unfinished/ New Business
     * Cliff Bibb discussed the building next to MASH. Discussed possible grants or other options for demolition if purchased.
     * Commission went to look at CR 277-276, CR 292, CR 231, 233, 234, and 235 for concerns or issues needing addressed.

Chris Gamm called the meeting to order at 9:04 AM; Justin Sheppard moved to accept the Agenda as presented, Bill Allen-seconded the motion. Sheppard yes, Allen yes and Gamm yes.  Motion carried.

Harry Grote/Road and Bridge
​     * Discussed sidewalk repairs on the east and west side of the courthouse. Discussed that some shrubs may need to be removed.
     * Discussed CR 129 grading concerns.
​     * Discussed trash in ditches.


County Elected Officials
     * In Attendance Mark Fisher, Debby Tepen, Sherry McCarty, Jerri Harrelson, Donna Prior, Stephen Korte, Melissa Kempke, Justin Sheppard, Bill Allen, and Chris Gamm.
     * Discussed shrubs and storage shed around the courthouse.
​     * Discussed Sales tax, burn advisory, storage needs, the upcoming bi-centennial and a county employee luncheon March 23.

Unfinished/ New Business
     * Carolyn Wisecarver with PCDA discussed the website and the need to change hosting.
     * Chris Gamm moved to go into closed session per 610.021 (14) sales tax report Form 4379. Bill Allen seconded Vote Gamm yes, Allen yes, and Sheppard yes.
     * City of Bowling Green met with the Commission. In attendance Mark Bair, Don Hunter, Barb Allison, and Mel Orf. Discussed the intersection of Court St./Hwy 161 and
        Business 61. What can and need to be done. Discussed emergency equipment owned by the county.
     * Mark Fisher stopped in to update commission on temporary easements.
     * Request to appoint Chris Deeken to Pike County Health Officer as per RsMO 205.100. Justin Sheppard seconded. Vote 3-0.
     * Bucky Ward with the Louisiana Special Road district discussed (Waddell Lane) SRD 135 bridge replacement needs. Commission will contact MODOT.

There being no other business before the County Commission at this time, the meeting thereupon was adjourned until, February 27, 2017 at 9:00 a.m.

Chris Gamm called the meeting to order at 9:08 AM; Bill Allen moved to accept the Agenda as presented,   Justin Sheppard  seconded the motion.   Sheppard yes, Allen   yes, and Gamm yes.    Motion carried.

Unfinished/ New Business
     * Carolyn Wisecarver stopped in discussed current port concerns.
     * Commission received a call from Eolia had a concern with a potential animal control issue near Eolia city limits.
     * Patti Crane, Treasurer reviewed the county's bank balances.
     * Stephen Korte, Sheriff stopped in discussed program to obtain additional weapons for deputies with no cost to the county, other than postage. He asked the commission for a
        signature to  apply for the program. Stephen also informed the commission he picked up two vehicles at surplus, one an impala and one a minivan.
     * Mark Fisher, Prosecuting Attorney stopped in discussed agreement between Ralls and Pike County Sheriff's Departments. Discussed scheduling a meeting with Ralls County.
​        Marty Wasson met with the commission discussed the Surveyor position.  Bill Allen moved to appoint Marty Wasson to Surveyor. Justin Sheppard seconded Vote Gamm yes,
        Sheppard yes, and Allen yes.
     * Matthew Walker with Pepping Stone, Bob Manzke with MODOT, and Mark Fisher, Prosecuting Attorney discussed bridge project on CR 323 that had some concerns.
     * Harry Grote and Todd Storts stopped in to discuss concerns and issues with roads and equipment. Discussed BIDs for rock, pothole areas, and elimination of windrows.
     * Commission reviewed bills.

     * Commission attended Hwy 54 meeting at 10:00 am today.
     * Discussed Mayors Meeting tomorrow at 9:30 am.
     * Discussed Solid Waste meeting Chris attended yesterday.
     * Discussed pipe cost and safety for CR 43 by True Manufacturing.
     * Sheriff Korte stopped by get signature for the Annual Certification Forfeiture. He updated on server bids, discussed new patrol vehicles, Poage will be slightly higher but it
        keeps it in the county. Discussed jail population.
     * Patti Crane, Treasurer stopped in financial statues.
     * Carolyn Wisecarver, PCDA stopped by discussed Hwy 54 meetings.
     * Chris Gamm moved to adjourn for Hwy 54 meeting. Justin Sheppard seconded. Vote 3-0.
     * Commission returned from Hwy 54 meeting.
     * Al Murry, Emergency Management Director stopped in to discuss the elevated fire danger warning. He asked for burn advisory. Commissioners will call the radio and
        newspapers. Discussed emergency equipment the county owns.
