    Chris Gamm called the meeting to order at 9:03 AM; Curt Mitchell moved to accept the Agenda as presented,  Jim Luebrecht seconded the motion.  Mitchell  yes,    
    Luebrecht  yes and Gamm yes.  Motion carried.

    Unfinished/New Business

    •    Sean O'Brien stopped in.  He informed the commission that he received a call from St. Clements Church regarding  a hole in their parking lot entrance.  Commission
         discussed and determined that county money could not be used for private entries.  Road and Bridge received a letter regarding an abandoned road.  They asked to
         have something done with a culvert located on that roadway.  Commission determined that it was not a county road. There for no funds would be allotted for
        the request.
    •    Patti Crane, Treasurer stopped in to discuss a scam that was emailed to her office and review bank balances.
    •    Commissioner Mitchell inspected CR 227, 229, 232, 252, 265, 266, 277, 286 and VoTech Rd.

        There being no other business before the County Commission at this time, the meeting thereupon was adjourned until, June 6, 2016 at 9:00 a.m.

    Road and Bridge;Sean O'Brien

    •    Discussed missing signs and trash being dumped
    •    CR 280 Pouring deck today then will move to CR 344.
    •    CR 233 Traffic counter from Mark Twain will be set up for a week.
    •    Crow Lane has large edges on the driveways that meet up with the road.  Commission asked if that can be feathered out.
    •    Cat truck out for repairs.
    •    Discussed SEMA and FEMA.
    •    Discussed the slab on CR 252.

    Unfinished/New Business

    •    Conflict of Interest ordinance was reviewed and continued.
    •    Sherry Davis with K-Flynn discussed health insurance options.
    •    Al Murry stopped in to get signatures for the CEPF grant.
    •    Permar reviewed their proposal for security doors.  No decision was made.
    •    Commissioner Mitchell inspected CR 207, 208, 209, 213, 214, 221, 223, 224, 225, 232, 233, 234, 235, 240, 293, 300, 305, abd VoTech Rd       

There being no other business before the County Commission at this time, the meeting thereupon was adjourned until, June 9, 2016 at 9:00 a.m.

    •    Stephen Korte, Sheriff stopped in to discuss vacation policy and patrol vehicle that was involved in a crash.
    •    Representative with Claire Mc Caskill's office stopped in discussed issue that pertains to the counties.
    •    Patti Crane, Treasurer stopped in to update the commission on revenues.
    •    Melissa Kempke, County Clerk presented the commission with year to date expenditures and revenues for review.

    Road and Bridge; Sean O'Brien

    •    Reported on work done last week and what is scheduled for this week.
    •    Commissioner Gamm received concerns for CR 491 blading and culverts need attention.  Dust complaint from blading CR 43 and 46.
    •    Commissioner Luebrecht discussed the counter on Crow Lane (CR 403), someone removing it from the roadway.
    •    CR 225 putting base on roadway.
    •    Signs have been replaced that were missing.
    •    Discussed a possible need for an ordnance for speed limits on county roads.
    •    Discussed the grader buyback program.  He looked at the graders at Altorfers offer.
    •    Permar security stopped in to give commission quotes for security.

    Unfinished/New Business

    •    Reviewed sales tax.
    •    Commissioner Mitchell gave a report on the TAC meeting he attended on Thursday.  Explained the 4-5 prioritized transportation needs by county.
    •    Commissioner Mitchell and Luebrecht attended the Environmental Assessment Public Hearing Thursday evening at the YMCA Louisiana, MO for the New
         Champ Clark Bridge.
    •    Commissioner Mitchell inspected CR 103, 114, 116, 120, 121, 130, 133, 134, 135, 138, 142, 151, 152, 153, 154, 155, 161, and 164.

There being no other business before the County Commission at this time, the meeting thereupon was adjourned until,  June 16, 2016 at 9:00 a.m.

    •    Patti Crane, Treasurer stopped in reviewed sales tax.
    •    Brian Haeffner with MODOT discussed Champ Clark Bridge progress and other projects scheduled.
    •    Commissioner Mitchell and Commissioner Gamm attended the Better Hwy 54 Coalition meeting on Wednesday in Bowling Green.  Tom Batenhorst of MODOT
          announced the Missouri moves cost share program.  Brian Haeffner of MODOT discussed the inspection of the Champ Clark bridge.  Next meeting will be held in
          Pittsfield IL July 20th.

    Road and Bridge;Sean O'Brien

    •    Bob Wallace stopped in to discuss CR 48 potholes.  Sean stated they have a little cold patch that he would take out there.
    •    Commissioner Gamm passed on a concern on Cow Pasture Road.
    •    Traffic Counters have are being picked up tomorrow.
    •    Commissioner Mitchell discussed CR 121 would like to put it on the list of projects to be done.
    •    CR 280 project is near completion.  Currently being shot rocked.
    •    CR 409 bridge part of the wing wall has fallen.  Discussed options.
    •    CR 499 resident asked for a slow children playing sign.
    •    Pepsi Road (CR 282) will have repair work next week.
    •    CR 225 asphalt done.

    Unfinished/New Business

    •    John Gulick with the University Extension Office presented workforce needed and workforce that is available.  What areas education/training is needed.
    •    Al Murry with Emergency Management stopped in to ask about a burn advisory.  Discussed the Health Department drill that was held.
    •    Commissioner Mitchell and Commissioner Gamm attended the Pike County Mayors meeting held at the Louisiana Elks Lodge last Friday.  The program was Safe and
         Empowered Neighborhoods presented by Bre Spencer from Milwaukee, WI.

    Unfinished/New Business

    •    Discussed old jail AC.  Window unit was agreed to be put in instead of a central unit.
    •    Received request from PCADD for a board member replacement for the position Ralph Reynolds held.  He  suggested John Pinkston to fill the position.    
         Commissioner Luebrecht moved to appoint John Pinkston to the PCADD Board.  Commissioner Mitchell seconded.  Vote Luebrecht yes, Mitchell yes, and Gamm yes.
    •    Patti Crane, Treasurer reported on bank balances.
    •    Elected Officials meeting held in attendance is Melissa Kempke, Curt Mitchell, Jim Luebrecht, Chris Gamm,, Patti Crane, Jerri Harrelson, Marty Morrison, Nina Long,
         and Stephen Korte.  Those unable to attend Mark Fisher, Donna Prior, Sherry McCarty Jim Turner and Dave Ash.  Topics that were discussed Tuck pointing, drainage
        for the courthouse, courthouse doors, Safe at Home program, Taxes, and the server at the Jail.
    •    Commissioner Mitchell inspected CR 200, 202, 203, 205, 206, 214, 215, 217, 219, 222, 223, 224, 227, and  VoTech Rd.

There being no other business before the County Commission at this time, the meeting thereupon was adjourned until,  June 27, 2016 at 9:00 a.m.

    Road and Bridge; Sean O'Brien

    •    Commissioner Gamm requested cR 48 be looked at.  It is needing attention.
    •    Discussed Cow Pasture Rd.
    •    Sean brought up CR 476 removing trees near the roadway.
    •    After inspection the headwall on CR 409 is not as bad as first thought.
    •    Traffic counters on CR 233 and 403 have been picked up.  The data should be coming in soon.
    •    CR 334 bridge work is currently on hold until July 18th when the pilings will be placed.
    •    Discussed grader buyback program  August 2nd is the deadline for this offer.

    Unfinished/New Business

    •    Ethan Colbert discussed censes report.  Pike County has had a population decrease.  Discussed reasons for the decrease.
    •    Megan Perry Kaiser addressed the commission concerning flood control issues.  She was asking to bring all stake holders to the table.  She asked the commission to
         attend a meeting being held August 22nd from 1pm to 5 pm.  All three plan to attend.

    •    Discussed road and bridges and graders.
    •    Brett Peters with Altorfers meet with the commission regarding a grader buyback program.
    •    Don Nacke and Barb Allison with the City of Bowling Green.  Discussed dispatching options for overnight hours,  The city reported they have on average 1 t o 2 calls each
          night and a few radio calls.  The City was looking at all their options wanted to know what price the county would charge.  The commission asked Stephen Korte for his input.
          He would have to take a look and see what it would cost.  No decision was made at this time.
    •    Commissioner Mitchell inspected the following CR 252, 254, 255, 257, 258, 277, and 286.
